ORGANIZATION AND HOLDING OF SIGNING CEREMONIES AND PRESS EVENTS
SIGNING OF AGREEMENTS
The International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026 venue will have a specially equipped area for holding signing ceremonies, located in a prominent part of the venue and freely accessible to members of the media.

The location is dressed in the International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026 corporate style and is fitted out with stands for the signings to take place, as well as lighting equipment and a sound amplification system.
Agreement signing ceremonies are offered with a professional host and assistants. The service includes a full package of organizational and protocol support, including special folders and fountain pens.
Agreement signing ceremonies are included in the programme of press events for the International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026 and are announced to members of the media who have been accredited to carry out activities at the Forum.
The service is provided free of charge and is subject to the availability of time slots at the time of application.

To book a signing ceremony slot, please fill out and send an application form to alvina.shirinskaia@roscongress.org by 26 March 2026 (we recommend that you submit your application in good time).

Bookings are carried out after the application form has been received by the organizers.
