TAKE YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT (PASSPORT) WITH YOU

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

Data processing takes from 3 days.

If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Forum, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited..

Please note

To obtain your badge you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to the use of a simple electronic signature (SES).

How to find out if my badge is ready?
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:
  • An email notification
  • A notification in the Roscongress personal account
  • A call to the Forum information centre: +7 495 640 6097
  • A call to a Roscongress Foundation specialist whose contacts are listed in the Roscongress personal account
HOW TO RECEIVE THE BADGE?

Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting:

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

PCR TESTING
Information about PCR testing for access to the venue on 3 April will be published closer to the dates of the Forum.

No PCR test is required to access the Forum venue on 1–2 April.

You can collect your accreditation badge first, then take the PCR test, or vice versa.

BADGE USAGE RULES

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.

Participants should keep their badge and identity document (passport) with them at all times while at the Forum venue.
If the accreditation badge is lost or damaged, a participant should go to the Help Desk or any accreditation point
