About forum

The International Transport and Logistics Forum is a key platform for showcasing the achievements of the industry and holding in-depth discussions on the development of transport logistics, regulatory frameworks, digitalization, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
The Forum is held in accordance with Russian President’s orders to ensure our transport corridors are competitive globally and implement our National Development Goals until 2030 with a Perspective until 2036.
The Forum will bring together representatives of the federal executive and legislative authorities, international organizations, Russian and foreign transport companies, as well as members of the business, expert, and media communities.
The Forum’s business agenda will address the following development issues:
  • the development of the international transport corridor infrastructure
  • freight and passenger logistics
  • tourism
  • digital services
  • innovative solutions
  • transport regulations
  • the global transport industry
  • the implementation of advanced technologies
The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, with the support the Government of the Russian Federation

А FORUM VENUE

ExpoForum is a modern convention and exhibition centre built in accordance with the standards of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI)

It consists of: three exhibition pavilions, convention centre with a total holding capacity of 30,000 people (68 conference halls), business centre, cafes, restaurants and other such infrastructural amenities.

The ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre is close to St. Petersburg’s cultural and historic landmarks. Catherine Palace (in Tsarskoe Selo) and Pavlovsk Palace (in Pavlovsk), each complete with park and garden, are just a short distance away.

Peterhof State Museum Preserve (in Peterhof) and Konstantinovsky Palace (in Strelna) are both within half an hour’s drive of ExpoForum.

A barrier-free environment has been created in the pavilions and parking areas of the ExpoForum for people with limited mobility. The facility is equipped with ramps and lifts that allow unimpeded access to any point of the venue.

The Roscongress Foundation

The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of nationwide and international conventions; exhibitions; and business, public, youth, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 209 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5,000 people working in Russia and abroad.

The Foundation works alongside various UN departments and other international organizations, and is building multi-format cooperation with 229 economic partners, including industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions, financial, trade, and business associations from 90 countries worldwide, and 360 Russian public organizations, federal and regional executive and legislative bodies of the Russian Federation.
