Online registration for the International Transport and Logistics Forum will be open for media and blogosphere representatives from 2 to 20 March 2026. The event will take place at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg on 1–3 April 2026.
This will be the inaugural International Transport and Logistics Forum. It is hoped that it will become an annual event, serving as a strategic platform and a tool for open dialogue among key players in the global logistics industry amidst the dramatic changes in international logistics.
The event will be attended by over 1,000 participants from Russia and abroad, including ministers of transport and road infrastructure, ministers of digital development, representatives of international organizations, heads of major transport and logistics companies, and experts and scholars in transport logistics and sustainable development from neighbouring countries, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
The expert and business communities will discuss the development of international transport corridors, the creation of a unified digital space within international associations and organizations, strengthening transport connectivity, the digitalization of logistics, innovation, and the export of Russian know-how and technologies in the transport sector. The Forum is being organized by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. It is being managed by the Roscongress Foundation.
Russian and foreign media and blogosphere representatives may apply to take part in the Forum in accordance with the Media Accreditation rules posted in the Media section of the official website transport-forum.org.
