This new technological structure found in healthcare, brought on by modern breakthrough technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, metaverses, big data, and cloud computing, has forced the industry to undergo a complete digital transformation. Not only is the image of medicine and the way people interact with it changing, but the processes for managing it are also undergoing big changes. In particular, the emergence of generative artificial intelligence creates new conditions for fundamental changes in process management at all levels – from individual medical organizations up to the federal level. How are approaches to healthcare management changing at the federal and regional levels and in medical organizations? What management changes in functional healthcare units and medical organizations have been most successful? How will digital technologies bring us closer to achieving our national healthcare goals in the near future?
